The Eclectic Rogues Traveling Youth Company

The Eclectic Rogues are Shakespeare on the Edge’s youth core company, providing rural and urban outreach through full length Shakespeare and focused workshops that address issues of bullying, communication, anti-peer pressure, parent-child communication and relationships, diversity and tolerance. The Eclectic Rogues promote literacy, peers inspiring peers, and keeping the art of Shakespeare alive.

The Eclectic Rogues, ages 10-18, strive to keep the art of Shakespeare alive in communities everywhere they travel, for all ages.  Through their work in 2010, the Eclectic Rogues will be showcasing a tour throughout Southern Wisconsin titled, “The Art of Shakespeare in Rural Wisconsin Communities.”  Funded in part by a grant by the Wisconsin Arts Board and the National Endowment for the Arts, The Art of Shakespeare in Rural Wisconsin Communities will bring outreach workshops to classroom and organizations throughout Southern Wisconsin.

The Eclectic Rogues would love to visit your school.  Please contact us for more information.
