Join Shakespeare on the Edge, as we travel to a time of yesteryear and bring the world of the Renaissance to Green County. In this spectacular day of revelry, food, wares, performances, enjoy the wonder of the Renaissance while supporting local arts for youth, teens and adults through the work of Shakespeare on the Edge.
2011 will feature musicians, The Suitcase Shakespeare Company of Chicago ( You won’t want to miss this spectacular troupe performing a full length Shakespeare play in under an hour!!!), UW-Madison Belly Dance, the Guild of St. Michael Military (they’ll be firing cannons!), Midwest Knife and Axe Throwers, jugglers, magicians, artisans, storytellers, and fun galore! Don’t miss this unique festival for the soul!

The Mission of Shakespeare on the Edge inc is to bring youth together to work towards a common vision of greater respect & self-awareness through the works of William Shakespeare. Through the healing power of art and the transformative qualities of performance, participants explore and act out the human experience. PLUS, IT'S JUST PLAIN FUN!!!
